Founded in 1995 by our Pastor and leaders, Apostle Ronald A. Hoard and Evangelist Henrietta White- Hoard. God commissioned our leaders to not just establish a church, but to build a church who keeps God's Commandments. Through a variety of programs and services, Ephphatha Outreach Ministries creates an environment where individuals can deepen their relationship with God and find a sense of belonging within the congregation.

With a strong emphasis on prayer, worship, and Bible study, the ministry nurtures the spiritual development of its members. In addition, Ephphatha Outreach Ministries extends its reach beyond the church walls through counseling services and community outreach initiatives. By addressing the needs of both its members and the wider community, the ministry strives to make a positive impact on society.
